Introducing Easy Video Player!

Posted on Friday, September, 25th, 2009 at 4:41 PM   (49 Comments »)

Hi Guys and girls! :)

Many of you have been asking where I have been lately as I kind of went “underground” for a while whilst working on my new project.

I have had so many positive comments, interest and people wanting to buy and or promote this project I have been truly shocked. It is great to see things coming together and starting to pay off!

My team and I have put alot of HARD work into this product and I believe it has potential to be the next big product in the Internet Marketing niche. (I have even had interest from a big name internet marketer! Fingers crossed and ill let you know who if it goes through!)

For now, watch the introduction video below and please leave a comment on this post letting me know what you think!

My Number 1 Tip For Outsourcing Success

Posted on Sunday, August, 23rd, 2009 at 3:57 PM   (19 Comments »)

I took the opportunity to record this new video for you guys (Which I have also uploaded to my YouTube account) whilst I was spending some time chilling on the beach over the weekend.

It covers my number one tip that I recommend strongly when dealing with outsourcing and trying to build a quality team for your business. I have outsourced for years now and manage a team of some great people. Some of the key people in that team are a huge part of the successful development of my projects.

Watch the video now.

I really cannot stress enough how important this one tip is to successful outsourcing. I wouldnt have enjoyed any of the results I have had so far without putting this tip into practise every day.

How to Become a Master

Posted on Thursday, August, 20th, 2009 at 1:15 PM   (18 Comments »)

samuraiI am sure you have all  heard the saying;

“Jack of all trades, Master of none”

It is a great saying to remember because most of us seem to have a tendency to try to juggle too many balls at once in life. Especially as entreprenuers!

Our particular breed of person is extremely prone to this weakness because by definition we are usually control freaks who want to do things our way. This means we have to have our fingers in every single pie at once, whilst we “manage” the situation.

The real danger in doing this is that obviously, there are so many hours in the day, only one of us to spread around to all of the tasks at hand and most importantly we often find that our high levels of quality control suffer as a result of taking too much on at once. This can often lead to lack of focus, unfinished projects and a feeling of being overwhelmed.

That is, unless you recognise the signs and take steps to combat this natural tendency.

Alot of this comes down to managing your workload effectively and learning to build a team of people who can do these jobs for you so that you can work on your business and not in it. However, this post isnt going to cover that specific topic directly. Continue reading

How to cut out the Twitter noise and create groups for friends

Posted on Saturday, August, 1st, 2009 at 5:31 PM   (17 Comments »)

So, I have had a fairly infuriating time with Twitter lately due to millions of spam messages, having to weed out the tweets I want to read from the thousands of others I dont and generally feeling slightly harrassed whenever I logon.

This lead me on a quest to find a fix and I have finally found a solution which allows you to cut out the noise, select groups of friends so you only have to listen to what they are saying (or “tweeting”) and you can even do this on your iPhone as well as your desktop! (and its free)

Some of you may already know this, but for those that dont I wanted to share the info to help make your time on Twitter more productive and enjoyable!

I recorded the below video in a rush for you all this morning so I could share it with you all quickly! Leave a comment if you find it useful. :)

How Do I Embed Video Into My Site The Right Way?

Posted on Thursday, July, 30th, 2009 at 4:11 PM   (22 Comments »)

Today I want to talk about the number one question I get asked right now about working with video online.
How Do I Embed Videos The RIGHT Way On My Website, Quickly And Easily?”

Its a great question and one you need an answer to if you ever want to get serious about using online video in your business.

I recorded a video to tell you the answer to this question, how to do it right and to show you some cool software no-one has ever seen before that makes it stupidly easy to do! (It also lets you do some powerful cool stuff with your videos too!)

Check it out and please leave your comments to let me know what you think. I hope you find it helpful! :)
