As you know, one of my new goals is to help you guys finally get ACTUAL results by regularly giving you free awesome content.

Well, I set aside time today to record a free 40min call between myself and my good friend and fellow Internet Marketer Matt Wolfe.

Matt and I are good friends and we also work together regularly. In the call we discuss the one thing that we both simply had to do to be able to grow our businesses into what they are today and to start seeing profits that would change our lives.

It covers my number one tip that I recommend strongly when dealing with outsourcing and trying to build a quality team for your business. I have outsourced for years now and manage a team of some great people. Some of the key people in that team are a huge part of the successful development of my projects.

I really cannot stress enough how important this one tip is to successful outsourcing. I wouldnt have enjoyed any of the results I have had so far without putting this tip into practise every day.
