Well, I listened when you asked for more, in fact I think I have over delivered.
Heres why…
I spent today making a cool video for you that gives away some of my BEST resources that I use to get other people to do stuff for me so I can make more money.
(They require little to no budget so you can start regardless of the level you are at!)
When I first shared some of these resources with my “inner circle” of friends and close internet marketers, I told them specifically not to tell anyone about them.
One of those people was Matt Wolfe. I said to him “Good luck using this but don’t share it with just anyone”
Well, now its time for me to share some of these tips with you guys.
Frankly, I am tired of seeing successful marketers sell overpriced products that either have no valuable content or only tell half the story. I decided to tell the whole story and give the best content I could away for free. (Why? Because I have a successful business already, so I can.. And secondly, because I know that if I do this, there will always be customers willing to buy my stuff in future – This is a tip you should remember for your own business)
So, heres a video that shares some secret tips that at one point, I used to keep to myself. They REALLY can help you get a LOT more done in your business for next to nothing whilst making you more money.

Got myself a few products.
I’m going through the video and had to pause it to start making this comment ( to make an observation ) about theme’s . I’ve been toying with the idea for some time about getting the Thesis Theme…that was until the new wordpress theme came out, version 3.0, TwentyTen.
And I thought well to heck with it…why go and spend more money when this costs zilch… so I’ve added it and I’m quite pleased with the look so far and I’m going to stick with this one.
The one thing I would add for anyone considering upgrading is that they should do a back up…this is essential.

The new version of WordPress and its included theme is a great release. The best feature about WP3.0 is managing multiple sites from one install of WP. That saves a LOT of messing around for people struggling with the techie stuff. (It only needs to be installed once for all your WP sites)
Back ups are definitely essential. You can get your hosting company to back everything up daily (depending on your account) or you can install one of the many free WP plug ins that back your site up daily for you. (I do this)

I’ve watched the rest of the video…great stuff Mate.
The example of giving away $5 to gain $50 is what I would class as R.O.I.(RETURN ON INVESTMENT)…And spending money wisely , for example, A blog theme, or going to FIVERR, is investing wisely and also investing in yourself.
You just have to invest in yourself or you wont move on.
Brilliant video Mate, unfortunately I won’t catch the webinar as it’s on too late for me (U.K. time)although I’d be interested in a recorded version.

Being one of those guys who knew of these sites I’m surprised that you let these awesome sites out the bag. Hopefully people see the power in both of them.
Just recently I recreated my blog and ThemeForest was exactly where I got the slick looking theme… for something like $20!
And just after searching around Fiverr last week, I purchased over 100 backlinks and two 400-word articles for 5 bucks.
People here would be insane if they didn’t take action with these two resources alone. C’mon people!!!

Thanks man, yeah I know we used these in our “inner circle” for a long time.. I decided I wanted to share them to make sure everyone knew about them, cause I know they have really helped all of us save time and money.
Thats the great thing, I get so many people tell me they are struggling with “x issue” on their blog.
Its insane to think, just using these 2 resources people could have a Professionally designed theme for $17 and everything installed and set up how they like it for $5 (for a total of only $22)
For $22, save the weeks of struggling and get on with the business of running your business is the message I am trying to give out.

It sounds like your next step is to take a step back and plan your weeks, months and years ahead and decide on your goals and overall business vision.
Once you have done that, you can work out what you cant and don’t want to do, and get others to do it for you so you can focus on achieving that vision.
A great quote I always remember is:
“Other people can achieve your goals but only you can achieve your vision”

Until very recently (like 3 days ago!)I was one of those people you referred to in your video re “excuses.”
Just now we are short of funds but I spent 1 full day coming up with ways I can help others so that they can help me with my many challenges – especially all the techie things I am totally useless at and takes so much of my time with often poor results.
Your two superb resources I greatly appreciated and I have already purchased a great web template for $9. Unbelievable!

I was already aware of one of the sites and am ashamed to say that I was underutilising its potential but more importantly I am saying thanks for the message that you are putting across.
I have started outsourcing but still I find myself concerned about potential costs of things and before I know it two weeks have passed and I am still in the same position.
But, again, you have hit the nail right on the head and given me that motivation and little push I was looking for.

I already know and have used fiverr, it’s brilliant. There is so much to learn in Internet Marketing so try not to be a jack of all trades but just an excellent Marketer!!
If you were to build a house do you think you would do everything, Groundsman, bricky, joiner, sparky, plumber, roofer, decorator, floor layer etc……. How long would it take you? Now if you had a team of professionals and just managed the project to make sure everything was in order, you get your house up and running far quicker.
As you mentioned in your video it is the same with an online business, to get you there faster use the experience, knowledge and skills of people who are great at their job.
I have used fiverr in the past and it is great. I have never heard of themeforest so will definitely be checking that out as I could do with a revamp of my blog in 2011. I have also used Odesk.com Gigswood.com and of course the Warrior Forum to find people to do work for me.
It’s all about time and money. How do you rate your time in getting tasks done and moving your business forward.

I have spent 4 long years trying to learn all about the internet business. I am very concerned about the amount of hype out there. Fast talking people who are very difficult to understand, particularly in parts of the USA. However giving back is the key once you get on top. My advice is be ethical like your customers and remember “The buck stops with you” make sure customers can contact you. Talk slowly.
If you hate your suppliers and hate your customers why be in business? I have actually seen it!
