Hi Josh, thanks for the tips on outsourcing, I can really see why I need to outsource many areas of my new business.

I guess I never really thought about working on those relationships as much as the money making ones, point made and I shall be sure to use that tip when I begin to build my own team.

As mentioned on your Video Marketing Classroom, you said to come over to your blog and introduce yourself.

Well, HELLO!

Great Video site by the way, superbly laid out. Don’t suppose that theme is available is it?

I’m in an industry where Video could be used to the max but is stuck in the dark ages. I’ve started using Video for the company I work for and using hosting via YouTube and so far so good. I’m using HD video and it looks great, so I’m hoping that I could teach a few others how to use Video within our industry and your theme would be a great tool.

Hi josh , whats your view on outsourcing, when your a newbie ,
its only because , im a person who likes to learn new things,
and find out how things work, and i think you can only do that by having a go yourself.
If i where to outsource i know that it might make me money but then i don’t know whether i would enjoy it as much, as i like trying to work out things for myself.
i’m made up when i learn something new.
don’t get me wrong once i have learn’t it i like to share it.
and that’s where i might come unstuck, trying to teach it to others.
i’m not the best in the world at putting things over,
and it might take forever.
ah well ill probably end up chasing my own tail.

Yeah Marc is a great member of the team. I cant reveal everyone because otherwise I would have to kill anyone who reads this post! But the team who comes together to create our stuff is really great and I am lucky to have them.

Rock n Roll… Business people think team and outsourcing period.

You are absolutely spot on with your comments.

Let me add this, I always bring people into projects that can think and want to think outside of the box.

Also the most skilled people usually are not the ones for me… I’m looking for the passionate ones that want to be in the company of top performers aka others with outside of the box passionate thinking mind sets.
